Election 2010: Nevada Senate Race

Dear CSAUS members:

At last two national conferences, there were discussions about the revision of CSAUS bylaw. One of the promises of this board at last conference was to look into the bylaw and study the necessarity of the review and make a proposal if it is necessary.

Thanks to YAO Yuan, current board member, for the initiative of reviewing, drafting and leading in the discussion among board members, along with WANG Xun and WU Runlin and all board members, we have come out a revised version for you to discuss. Please read the attached files for the background, explanation and the proposed version of bylaw. We would like to have your comments before our national conference, Dec. 26 - 28 in San Francisco, and vote on the conference.
